step 5 : Now you can see Application Form your screen, Enter your all personal information as asked in the application form.

step 6 : Enter your education qualification details.

step 7 : Click to submit Button.

step 8 : Now your Application number Generated.  Click to upload photograph/signature link.

step 9 : Enter Your Application number and birth date and click OK Button.

step 10 : Upload your Photograph (15 kb) & your Signature Photo (15kb).

step 11 : Click Confirm Application Button. Enter you application number & Birth Date and Click OK Button.

step 12 : View your information if all information true. click confirm button. otherwise go to Edit Application & change your information.
